Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician in Slough. You will join an established team at a large manufacturing site, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to building services.

The successful candidate will work on lighting, power, air conditioning, AHU, basic plumbing, with fault finding and repairs as needed. Overtime paid, 25 days leave and pension available.

Qualifications

• Experienced maintenance electrician with hands-on fault-finding and repair skills.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to the building, plant room and services.
• Maintain lighting and power systems, air conditioning, AHU and basic plumbing.
• Conduct investigations and faults and perform repairs as required.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient maintenance environment.

Our client is a global FM Service Provider with an incredible array of clients across the UK. It is currently looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Electrician in Slough.

As the Maintenance Electrician, you will join an established team of maintenance engineers at a large manufacturing site and support in carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance to the building, plant room and building services.

The successful Maintenance Electrician will typically work on lighting, power, air con, AHU, basic plumbing, investigations / fault-finding and repairs and other related building services. In addition, you must have good communication skills and work well in a team environment.

Our client is offering:

• £47,000 basic salary
• Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
• Call out 1 in 5 rota
• Overtime paid at time and half and double on a Sunday
