We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join a leading Facilities Management organisation, covering a number of high-profile commercial sites across Reading and the surrounding area.

What will you be doing?
You'll be part of a skilled engineering team responsible for keeping multiple commercial sites safe, compliant and fully operational.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Electrical fault finding, repairs and remedial works.
- Maintaining a range of electrical and mechanical building services.
- Working on systems including power, emergency lighting, fire alarms, BMS and associated building services.
- Responding to breakdowns and engineering emergencies.
- Carrying out minor installation and maintenance works.
- Supporting other engineers with larger maintenance projects.
- Identifying defects and ensuring remedial works are progressed.
- Working with specialist subcontractors when required.
- Keeping maintenance records and job information accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with clients and site teams to deliver an excellent service.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and within agreed SLAs/KPIs.
What are we looking for?
You'll ideally have:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation or Maintenance, or an equivalent recognised apprenticeship.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
- Previous experience within commercial or facilities maintenance.
- Good knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance.
- A strong understanding of electrical building services and relevant British Standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
