Job Description

• Salary: Up to 40k plus 2.5k additional payment once qualified as Electrical AP
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, on a single site in central Birmingham, with rotating hours:
• Week 1: 7AM - 3PM
• Week 2: 1PM - 10PM
• Week 3: 8AM - 5PM
• Call-out duties: 1 week in 6, paying £1350 standby per annum, with 4 hours paid work if called. Call-outs cover the local region beyond the site.

ISS, a leading UK Facilities Management provider, is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance team at a corporate banking facility in Birmingham. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, covering Low and High Voltage systems, distribution, standby generators, UPS, and associated systems. Some mechanical maintenance and fabric work will also be required, with autonomy to manage your workload via a tablet system.

Responsibilities include:

• Electrical PPM, reactive works, and service requests
• Maintenance of building services including fabric, HVAC, and mechanical tasks
• Responding to call-outs as per rota
• Contractor supervision and permit issuance
• Ensuring equipment performance and maintenance standards
• Accurate record keeping and administration
