Job summary

The Estates Department at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a full-time Band 5 Maintenance Electrician to join our team. You will work across wards and departments, delivering a reliable electrical service within a multi-disciplinary Estates environment.

You will participate in emergency response and on-call duties to ensure repairs are attended outside normal hours, while upholding Trust safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Band 5 maintenance electrician role within NHS Estates.
• On-call duties may apply outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive electrical service to wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment.
• Work as a member of the Estates team across multi-traded disciplines.
• Provide emergency response and on-call support for repairs outside normal hours.

Job description

The Estates Department are looking to enhance their maintenance team and would like to add a full time Band 5 Maintenance Electrician to their team of staff.

You will work as a member of the Estates team across multi-disciplined trades.

You will provide a comprehensive electrical service to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.

You will provide emergency response and undertake on-call duties as part of the on-call team to ensure that emergency repairs occurring out of normal hours are attended to. You must possess a level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
