CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a site-based Maintenance Electrician in Coventry to join a leading facilities management organisation serving commercial and public sectors.

The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems to ensure safety and reliability, with core hours Monday to Friday and an on-call rota. The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation and have proven FM industry experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and circuitry.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Safety-conscious with good problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and ensure longevity of equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Install, repair and maintain electrical components such as wiring, breakers and lighting.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our client on a permanent basis, who are a leading provider in facilities management solutions, delivering top-tier services across the commercial industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial settings, as they will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

This is a site based opportunity, located in Coventry, West Midlands.

Package

• Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum
• Core hours are Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Participation in 'out of hours' on call rota
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
