Beannchor has the following vacancy:

Maintenance Electrician

The role involves:

• All Aspects of maintenance covering Electrical, Plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licenced properties as required working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.

The salary for this role is £35,535

The successful candidate will be:

• Qualified time served Electrician
• Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years) Ideally within the hospitality service sector.
• Good I.T. Skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments
• Resourceful and self-motivated
• Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
• Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.
• For insurance purposes the candidate must be over 25 and have a full UK driving licence
