Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified 18th Edition electrician with experience in reactive maintenance on commercial and industrial properties.

You will perform fault finding, rectify issues, complete certifications promptly, and report job status via our mobile app. A valid UK driving license and PASMA/IPAF are preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Craft qualification via a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
• Current wiring regulations qualification (18th edition) or equivalent
• Valid and in-date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification

About The Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team, the ideal candidate would be a Fully Qualified 18 th Edition Electrician with experience in Reactive Electrical Maintenance Works.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical reactive maintenance on commercial / industrial properties.
• Carry out fault finding and fault rectification.
• Completing certification / documents in a timely manner.
• Job reporting via company mobile App.

Skills & Knowledge

• Time-served Electrician
• Experience in reactive maintenance works on commercial properties (essential)
• PASMA (Preferred but not essential)
• IPAF (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Full UK Driving License is desirable

Essential Qualifications
