Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Maintenance Electrician to perform reactive electrical maintenance on commercial and industrial properties. The ideal candidate is a Fully Qualified 18th Edition Electrician with experience in fault finding and timely certification.

Essential qualifications include City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2 and the 18th Edition wiring regulation qualification, plus a valid CSCS card or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Time-served electrician with industry-standard qualifications.
• Experience in reactive maintenance on commercial properties is essential.
• PASMA/IPAF are preferred but not required; readiness to work at height.
• Experience using Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Valid UK driving licence is desirable for site travel.
• Current wiring regs qualification (18th Edition) and CSCS card preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Time-served Electrician
• Experience in reactive maintenance works on commercial properties (essential)
• PASMA (Preferred but not essential)
• IPAF (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Full UK Driving License is desirable

• A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2
• The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18 th Edition)
• Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.

Desirable Qualifications:

• An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
