Job summary

Bromford is seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Environmental Services operative to perform waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing across our properties. You will ensure clean, safe, debris-free environments during each visit and support vehicle/tool maintenance, reporting faults as needed.

Applicants should have cleaning experience, a full UK driving license, and be comfortable using cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general cleaning duties and waste clearance.
• COSHH understanding is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties across void and occupied properties.
• Ensure all areas are left clean, safe, and free from debris following each visit.
• Use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and in line with training and procedures.
• Complete waste collection, transport, and disposal in accordance with relevant guidelines.
• Support routine maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment, reporting any faults or hazards.
• Complete accurate records and documentation as required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures, safeguarding responsibilities, and organisational standards.
