Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a community-facing grounds maintenance operative to keep communal green spaces welcoming and safe. You will engage with residents from diverse backgrounds, deliver high-quality service, and operate mowers and related equipment with training provided.

A UK driving licence is required for travel across Cheltenham and surrounding areas. We offer a company van, tools, fuel card, and a range of benefits, with monthly pay and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone.
Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service.
Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided).
Traveling across the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury area, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments.
