Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is hiring a Grounds Maintenance operative across the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury area. You’ll maintain communal green spaces, engage with residents and deliver high-quality service in a council-backed housing context.

We value independence, teamwork and a proactive approach. A UK driving licence is required and basic DBS check will be needed; training will be provided for equipment like mowers and brush cutters.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone.
• Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service.
• Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided).
