North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Maintenance Operative (Single Trade) in Selby to deliver decorating and basic repairs within its social housing stock. The role supports a 'right first time' approach and requires familiarity with domestic maintenance and trade materials.

You will work to safety standards, complete mandatory training, and operate a council vehicle for site visits and repairs. NVQ 2/3 in painting and decorating is preferred along with related skills.
