Job summary

Serply Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Co-ordinator for a permanent role in Wrexham. You will lead a small team of maintenance fitters, schedule planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and reliably to support production performance.

You will manage repairs, inventories and coordinate subcontractors while building strong relationships with support functions.

Qualifications

• Time-served maintenance experience.
• Minimum two years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with PPM and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance personnel and subcontractors.
• Complete PPM schedules and maintain documentation.
• Maintain breakdown repair records and report concerns.
• Manage stock levels and inventory usage analyses.
• Coordinate prompt machinery breakdown repairs to minimise disruption.
• Inspect buildings and machinery and report concerns to management.
• Operate manual mills, lathes and grinders.
• Maintain tooling and jigs with documentation and revisions.
• Diagnose faults and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Production Manager on improvement projects.
• Build effective relationships across support functions.
