Job summary

Gap Technical Ltd is recruiting an Engineering Supervisor for their facility near Wrexham. The role leads maintenance across the site, delivering hands-on and strategic leadership. The salary range is £55,000 - £60,000 on a 12 month fixed term contract and Days Only, Mon-Fri.

The candidate will develop PPM and predictive maintenance strategies, manage KPIs (uptime, MTTR, OEE), and drive continuous improvement with safety compliance to PUWER, LOLER, AS9100/ISO9001.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and strategic leadership for site maintenance.
• Development and implementation of PPM/PPM strategies.
• Own and manage maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
• Drive proactive maintenance culture and reduce breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site maintenance function for the facility.
• Develop and implement planned preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Own and manage maintenance KPIs (uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Drive a proactive maintenance culture and reduce unplanned stoppages.
• Support audits, safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
