Job Title: Temporary Maintenance Coordinator
Location: London - NW1
Hourly Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
Working Pattern: Full Time - Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring that their facilities are well-maintained and operational. Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites to ensure timely and efficient repairs and upkeep.

  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to source materials and services as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritising tasks to minimise downtime.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility management and improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and assist in resource allocation.



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in a maintenance coordination role or similar position.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to facility maintenance.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
