Job summary

Stride is seeking a Site Maintenance Carpenter to join a fast-growing FM service provider on a hospital site in Swindon, Wiltshire. The role is temporary to permanent, working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with strong prospects for career progression.

You will carry out general building repairs, perform PPM and faultfinding, and apply trade skills to reactive maintenance while ensuring health and safety standards are met on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs
• Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
• Essential to have excellent client facing skills

Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.
