Job Title: School Maintenance Caretaker

Job Description

Are you an experienced Maintenance Professional looking to transition into the Education sector? We are currently recruiting Maintenance professionals for ongoing TEMPORARY positions, supporting site teams in general maintenance and site work across various schools in the area.

Positions available:

• Full-Time
• Part-Time

Duration: Throughout the school year, with potential for permanent contracts (not guaranteed).

Requirements:

• Immediate availability
• Flexibility with working hours, including split shifts (e.g., 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and litter picking
• Complete odd jobs delegated by the supervisor
• Open and close school buildings
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency
• Set alarms

Additional Requirements:

You must fully register with us, providing right to work documents and obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS, which will be processed at a cost of £56.20 (unless already registered on the update service). Only apply if you are able to do this.
