This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a designated site.

The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPMs. You will assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance at your designated site. All work will be completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with all health and safety regulations.

Key Accountabilities

Safety

• Comply with the company health and safety policy at all times.
• Complete all mandatory online training and evolve modules.

People

• Attend training courses as necessary by the company.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work within agreed timescales.

Service

• Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance scheduled within agreed timescales, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Respond promptly to service call requests from the helpdesk, assess job requirements, and carry out repairs as necessary.
• Ensure all tools and equipment needed for minor maintenance and repairs are available and in good condition.
• Work with colleagues to maintain standards of quality at all times.
• Represent the company professionally and develop good working relationships with City and client colleagues.
• Support other City technicians/teams with maintenance tasks.
• Perform all tasks according to specific KPIs.
• Monitor and update the mercury system with live job updates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Educated to GCSE/standard grade level or equivalent.
• Trade qualifications are advantageous.
• Previous experience in building maintenance is required.
• Ability to maintain and repair a range of equipment.
• Work efficiently and quickly.
• Good PC skills on Apple and Android devices.
• Respond to service requests within agreed response times.
• Complete PPM schedules within agreed timescales.
