A leading facilities management firm is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in the Birmingham area for a full-time position. Responsibilities include assisting tradespeople, flushing water systems, and conducting fire alarm checks. The role is initially temporary for 3 to 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. The hourly rate is approximately £17-£19. Quick action is encouraged for interested candidates.

Job description

An opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant / Handyman / Caretaker based in Birmingham area. This position is full time hours, initially offered on a temporary basis for 3- 6 month possibility of going permanent.

The hourly rate will be roughly £17-£19 per hour through an Umbrella Company
