Maintenance Assistant

The Role of a Maintenance Assistant

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be involved in the general maintenance of the property. This includes decoration, hanging or re-fixing items on walls, door maintenance (handles, fire closures, etc.), moving furniture, basic plumbing, and minor drain blockages.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with previous experience in a general maintenance role. You should have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
