Anglia Care Trust is seeking a reliable and motivated maintenance team member to support Maintenance Officers in property upkeep. This role involves preparing rooms for new tenants and ensuring properties are compliant and well-maintained across various locations, emphasizing work-life balance and personal development opportunities.

ACT is looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our maintenance team. Working as part of our wider Housing Service, the role will support Maintenance Officers and Supported Housing Officers in preparing rooms for new tenants and performing general property maintenance to keep our properties in good, compliant order.
The properties are primarily located in Ipswich, with travel required to Lowestoft, Clacton, Braintree, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, and Haverhill.
