FPCR is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Site Manager at our Lockington office. The role focuses on decorating, general upkeep and hands-on maintenance of the building and grounds.
You will perform painting, decorating, minor repairs and help with site tasks to keep the environment safe, tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate has a practical, can-do attitude, reliable and able to work independently while engaging with contractors.
Location – Lockington
Salary – £25,000 per annum FTE
Contract type – 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Hours – Flexible, between 21-35 hours a week

We are looking for a practical, reliable and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to support the Site Manager with the decoration, general upkeep and maintenance of our Lockington office and grounds.
The role will involve a variety of practical tasks, including general DIY, decorating and helping to prepare and maintain the hall and wider site. This will include painting and decorating, moving furniture, putting up fixtures and fittings, basic repairs and improvements, and helping with general maintenance around the building and grounds.
You will work closely with the Site Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks and helping to ensure the site is well maintained, safe, tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors.
This is a varied and hands-on role, which would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their surroundings and is happy to turn their hand to a range of different jobs.
No specialist electrical, plumbing or other trade qualifications are required.
