Our Maintenance Assistants

help to keep facilities in good operating condition to aid smooth running of the hotels. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in WA12 0JG.

Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include:

• Supporting the management of all maintenance requirements across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs, and renovations.
• Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.
• Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
• Responding to maintenance emergencies.

Other titles for this role may include Maintenance Person, Assistant Multi Trader, Property Maintenance Assistant, or Facilities Maintenance Assistant.
