Job summary

Potters Bar Clinic, operated by Elysium Healthcare, seeks a Maintenance Assistant/Driver to keep facilities, buildings and equipment fit for purpose while supporting residents and staff in a CAMHS Low Secure setting. A full UK driving license is required.

• Liaising with a manager reporting all faults and defects.
• Participating in a 1 week retaining on-call rota for emergency maintenance.
• Coordinating and supporting contractors whilst on site and completing paperwork and tool checks.

Join Potters Bar Clinic in Potters Bar as a Maintenance Assistant/Driver where you will be part of creating a well- presented and safe environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society. As a Maintenance Assistant/Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose, gardening and will regularly conduct audits to identify and repair any faults ensuring a safe environment for service users, staff and visitors. Working alongside an established team, you will turn your hand to all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service. You’ll receive all necessary training to get you started and join the dedicated team, where you can make a positive difference and be part of changing lives for the better. Location: 190 Barnet Rd, Potters Bar EN6 2SE Join the team at Potters Bar Clinic providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment. The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services are for young people aged 13–18. Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station, with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.
