Job summary

Linsco is seeking a Maintenance and Fabric Operative to join the team in South East London. The role covers routine inspections, repairs, and quick responses to maintenance requests to keep the property in top condition.

You will use skills in wood, metal, plastic, and general DIY, perform painting and safety checks, and maintain detailed records. Collaboration with contractors and a focus on efficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a handyman or maintenance operative.
• Knowledge of safety regulations such as COSHH, working at height and risk assessments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or similar).
• Good communication and team player attitude.
