Job summary

Know How Resourcing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager – Analytics for our Barnsley site, with responsibilities spanning reliability engineering, maintenance strategy and asset care leadership. You will lead RCA investigations, develop PPM and condition-based monitoring, and coach the maintenance team across Yorkshire sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reliability/maintenance engineering or management.
• Experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies and asset care plans.
• Experience with PPM, condition-based monitoring, failure analysis and RCA.
• Experience analyzing CMMS data, downtime and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maintenance Manager cover across Rotherham and Barnsley sites during annual leave.
• Develop and deliver a long-term maintenance and asset reliability strategy.
• Lead failure analysis, fault elimination and asset reliability improvement.
• Identify risks for critical assets and implement effective mitigations.
• Develop and integrate condition-based monitoring to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Review and optimise Planned Preventative Maintenance activities.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using Lean methodologies to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to deliver reliability improvements.
• Coach and mentor maintenance team members.
