Job description

We are delighted to be working with a mainstream primary school in Smethwick.

This welcoming and inclusive school is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support their SEND pupils aged 4 to 11 years. The ideal candidate will be confident in monitoring pupils' progress and learning, providing one-to-one or small group support. A proactive and enthusiastic approach is essential to anticipate pupils' needs, adapt support strategies in real-time, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

This is a full-time, long-term role for the right candidate.

Further information:
  1. School setting experience: Highly advantageous
  2. SEND experience: Essential
  3. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
  4. Pay: Starting from £89 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
  5. DBS: An enhanced DBS on the update service is required
  6. Location: Smethwick
