Sales Assistant - M&S - Dundee Ninewells

Contract Type: [Permanent]

Working hours: [22 hours per week, 3 out of 7 days including weekends. Shift patterns include 5am - 1pm, 5am - 11am, 6am - 2pm, 11am - 5pm & 1pm - 9pm.]

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:

1. Provide exceptional customer service on the shop floor and at service points, prioritizing the customer’s needs.
2. Maintain high store standards through presentation, product availability, and cleanliness.
3. Develop product knowledge to effectively sell and recommend our products and services.
4. Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and make suitable recommendations.
5. Work as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced environment and supporting colleagues.
