Job summary

CV Life is recruiting for Christmas Elves to join the Santa’s Sleigh Ride experience at Coventry Transport Museum in Coventry. You will bring joy, deliver magical customer service and help create memorable visits for children and parents.

You will greet visitors, manage the Grotto and Sleigh spaces, take photos, assist with Father Christmas changes, and follow safeguarding procedures while ensuring safety and a seamless festive experience.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and working with children is beneficial.
Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable with a passion for Christmas magic.

Responsibilities

Ensure a seamless end to end experience of the Grotto for Visitors.
Greet Visitors on arrival while promoting the excitement of meeting Father Christmas.
Ensure the smooth running of Santa’s Workshop.
Efficiently promote learning activities.
Efficiently deliver great photos of Father Christmas and his visitors.
Manage space and queues, so that exits are not blocked while engaging with visitors.
Ensure Sleigh ride visitors are safely escorted on/off the Sleigh.
Assist Father Christmas change overs without issues.
Assist with Grotto area, keeping it clean and ready for the next day.
Adhere to safeguarding procedures.
Follow the Sleigh Visitor Engagement rules.
