Job summary

Kubota Holdings Europe is hiring an Assembly Technician to join our team. You will assemble, check and modify machinery (tractors, ground care, RTVs and excavators) to build instructions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm with an earlier finish on Fridays, and the role is based on-site. You will work with tools and equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and report faults or process improvements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new products including tractors, ground care, RTVs and excavators to customer specifications.
• Check and modify assemblies as required within time limits.
• Undertake pre-delivery inspections on construction machinery and engines.
• Carry out assembly tasks to meet high-quality standards on builds and pre-delivery inspection.
• Rectify minor faults and carry out routine maintenance per service requirements.
• Identify and report faults on assembly builds and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify areas for process improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and uphold health and safety.

The responsibilities of the Assembly Technician include:

• The assembly of new products including tractors, ground care, RTV's and excavators to customer specifications following build instructions, checking and modifying as required, within time limits, using hand tools, power tools and specialised equipment.
• To undertake pre delivery inspections on Construction machinery and engines and carry out any work as required.
• Carry out assembly tasks to meet the company's high-quality standards on builds and pre-delivery inspection.
• On occasion, rectifying minor faults and carrying out routine maintenance on all the company's products and accessories in accordance with published service requirements, to highest total quality standards.
• To identify and report faults on assembly builds and/or processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• To undertake all duties and responsibilities with the highest regard to health and safety of people, product and facilities.
