You'll work directly with customers to understand their operational challenges, helping design, develop, install, and support solutions that make a genuine difference to their businesses. No two projects are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys both technical development and practical implementation. You'll need to be comfortable balancing technical development with customer interaction and be confident in identifying the best technology to solve business challenges.

We're looking for someone who enjoys thinking beyond the obvious solution and has the curiosity to explore new technologies that create value for our customers.

  • Configuring cameras, vision systems, and associated hardware.

  • Working directly with customers to understand operational challenges and define technical solutions.

  • Conducting testing and validation to ensure systems perform reliably in real-world environments.

  • Deploying and commissioning solutions both remotely and on customer sites.

  • Creating technical documentation, user guides, and installation procedures.

  • Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of installed systems.

  • Collaborating with sales teams to assess project requirements, timescales, and solution costs.

  • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance our solution offering.

  • Driving continuous improvement through customer feedback and innovation.

About You:

We\'re looking for a technically minded and customer-focused individual who enjoys solving problems and working with innovative technologies.

You'll ideally have:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

  • A valid passport and ability to travel across Europe when required.

  • A strong interest in technology, automation, and machine vision systems.

  • Experience of software development and system integration.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.

  • The confidence to work independently and manage projects from concept to delivery.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies.

  • A passion for finding practical solutions to complex customer challenges.

Why Join Peak?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing area of the business where you'll have the chance to make a real impact. You'll work with innovative technology, contribute your ideas, and help shape the future direction of our machine vision solutions. We value creativity, continuous learning, and collaboration, and we're committed to supporting your development as both the role and business continue to evolve.
