Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Machine Tool Service Engineer (CNC / Electrical) in Stockport for a field-based role with a specialist repair company. You will perform workshop and client site repairs to CNC and manual machine tools, and diagnose electrical faults in control circuits, panels, sensors, motors and drives.

The role is Monday to Friday with a salary of £40,000-£42,000 (£52k OTE), a bonus, a personal use vehicle, training and progression opportunities, and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Electrically biased CNC/Machine tool repair and maintenance experience.
• UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Workshop and client site-based repairs to CNC and manual machine tools.
• Diagnose electrical faults including control circuits, panels, sensors, motors and drives.
• Work alongside mechanical engineers on the road and in the workshop.
• Receive ongoing training to become an expert.
