Job summary

PDR Solutions Ltd is seeking a CNC Machine Shop Operative to join its aerospace-focused manufacturing team in the United Kingdom. You will work on CNC turning and milling, as well as manual turning, milling and drilling to produce precision components to tight tolerances.

You will read engineering drawings, use precision instruments to verify specifications, and ensure finished parts meet quality standards while adhering to health and safety practices.

My client, an industry leading aerospace engineering firm are currently seeking a CNC Machine Shop Operative to join their manufacturing team.

As a CNC Machine Shop Operative, you will work with a team producing precision-engineered components to exact specifications and strict quality standards using CNC turning, CNC Milling, manual turning, manual milling and drilling processes.

As a CNC Machine Shop Operative, you will:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines used in the production of components and products
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure components meet required tolerances
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
