Job summary

Albert Bartlett in Scotland is seeking a part-time Machine Setter to support our production line. You will set up, calibrate and monitor packaging and processing equipment across Friday to Monday shifts, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires hands-on machinery experience, problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a friendly, family-like production environment. Weekend work is included, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine setter or similar role in production preferred.
• Strong understanding of machinery operations in a food production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Detail-oriented with focus on product quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; flexible to weekend hours.
