You will set and operate precision machinery and perform in-process quality inspections. The role offers days/nights, overtime, and a potential top-end salary around £40K with shift pay and benefits.

Machine Setter/Operator

Southwell, Nottinghamshire-Commutable from Newark, Mansfield NE Nottingham

Excellent Rate plus shift pay plus overtime plus benefits

Day Shift & Night shift (2-week rota). Dayshift is Mon-Fri, Nights is Mon-Thurs.

A healthy basic hourly rate can be enhanced via 33% shift pay when on nights and overtime (Mon-Sat x1.5; Sunday x2). The night shifts finish at 2am/3am. At the top end of the scale you can look to earn circa £40K.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent, Mon-Fri role with day shift/nightshift.
2. Working in a precision manufacturing environment.
3. Setting and operating machinery
4. Perform in process quality inspections tasks

The Person

1. Working experience in a precision manufacturing environment
2. Willingness to work alternating day and night shifts
3. Due to hours a UK driving licence/vehicle is strongly preferred.
