Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the production process
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines
• Document machine settings and adjustments for quality control purposes
• Train new operators on machinery and best practices for operation and safety
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within food production or manufacturing is preferred
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food production environment
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain product quality standards
