Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Machine/Production Operative for a site in Blunham. Role involves setting and running machinery, quality checks, and adhering to safety standards on a rotating shift pattern (days and nights, including weekends).

The position offers £15.96 per hour with overtime and a potential transition from temporary to permanent based on performance. Strong willingness to learn and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable standing/walking for long periods on production floor.
• Ability to conduct manual handling tasks.
• Flexibility to work 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and cover nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery on production line.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Meet customer demands in a timely manner.
• Assist with additional shift duties as required by supervisor.
