Job summary

Gi Group are excited to be recruiting Machine Operatives to join our client's team based at Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a permanent opportunity offering great pay rates, a clean and modern working environment, and fixed shifts. Morning training shift 6am-2pm, Afternoon main shift 2pm-12am (non-rotating).

Pay rates: £15.04 per hour for the morning shift and £15.71 per hour for the afternoon shift. Weekly pay with access to payslips, free hot drinks on-site, and staff incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or machine operating is advantageous, but not essential as training is provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail for quality checks.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Confidence to report issues and follow procedures, and work safely.
