Job summary

Gi Group are excited to be recruiting Machine Operatives to join our client’s team based at Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a permanent opportunity offering great pay rates, a clean and modern working environment, and fixed shifts.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available with training provided. On-site facilities include free hot drinks and weekly pay; own transport is essential due to location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or machine operating is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• A keen eye for detail; quality checks are part of the role.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Confidence to report issues, follow procedures and work safely at all times.

Gi Group are excited to be recruiting Machine Operatives to join our client’s team based at Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a PERMANENT opportunity offering great pay rates, a clean and modern working environment, and fixed shifts.

Working Hours for Machine Operatives

• Morning Shift (Training): Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm
• Afternoon Shift (Main Shift): Monday to Thursday, 2pm–12am (not rotating)

Pay Rates for Machine Operatives

• Morning Shift (Training): £15.04 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: £15.71 per hour

What We’re Looking For in Machine Operatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and values:

• Previous experience in production or machine operating is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• A keen eye for detail (as quality checks form part of the role)
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Confidence to report issues, follow procedures, and work safely at all times
