Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a Machine Operative for our Melton Industrial Estate (HU14) location. The role offers a Temp to Perm contract with starting pay of £13.92 per hour, rising to £15.36 per hour after 12 weeks, with overtime paid at premium rates. Driving is essential due to location.

Typical shifts are rotating: Week 1 6am-2:30pm, Fri 6am-10:50am; Week 2 2:30pm-12:10am. Immediate start or around notice period if required.

Qualifications

• Must have own car/vehicle due to location.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Willing to learn new skills and duties quickly.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to progress.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture shower trays and bathroom products on various machines.
• Follow product specifications to produce different product types.
• Operate multiple machines with emphasis on safety and accuracy.
• Attend morning meetings to discuss daily duties and training.
• Maintain clean, tidy workspaces and adhere to health and safety regulations.
