Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting Machine Operatives for a food manufacturing business in the Elsham area. You will set up and operate production machinery, monitor performance and quality, load materials, pack products and palletise finished goods.

The role is temp to perm with immediate starts, Monday to Friday 6:00am–2:00pm, with occasional weekends during busy periods. Weekly pay, full training and long‑term opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating, food production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery.
