Role Overview

Driving front end loading shovel, the right candidate will be responsible for feeding the plant, loading customers and keeping the site tidy and organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Load, move, and manage materials using a loading shovel or similar equipment
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Communicate professionally with drivers and site staff
• Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the management team.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role or with heavy machinery is an advantage
• Have a current FEL operating qualification (NPORS or similar) is preferable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and undergo training
• Good work ethic and team-player attitude
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
