Job summary

RiverRidge Limited is seeking a dedicated Machine Operative for its Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) at the RiverRidge site in Portadown. The role covers operating multiple machines, including forklifts and loading shovels, with a weekly shift rotation and potential Saturday work.

You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, wear PPE, and maintain housekeeping. A valid licence to operate one of the specified machines is required, along with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Must have valid licence and experience operating one of the following machines: Telescopic Forklift, Digger or Loading shovel.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines within the MRF, including mobile machinery such as forklifts and loading shovels.
• Report immediately any issues with machines to MRF Supervisor / Operations Manager.
