Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Production Operative in manufacturing.
- Experience with fast-paced production environments.
- Good knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures.
- Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery.
- Set up machinery and production lines per requirements.
- Monitor processes to ensure quality standards.
- Carry out basic fault-finding and adjustments.
- Complete quality checks and documentation.
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Keep a clean and organised production environment.
- Identify and report issues to the team.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maximise efficiency.
- Meet daily production targets with high quality.
