Energy Jobline ZR in Leicester (LE5) is seeking a Machine Operator with a clear path to a team leader role. The position starts 21st September with Monday–Friday training 09:00–17:00 (2 days on, 2 nights off, 4 on 4 off). Training rate £13/hr; after training, £16.38/hr inc shift with overtime.

Role involves operating large-scale production machinery across multiple stations; a temp-to-perm pathway is offered with a supportive, down-to-earth environment and ample overtime.

Machine Operator (step up team leader)

£16.38 p/hr (inc shift)

Training: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00, 4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights), Temp to Perm.

This role will progress into a team leading position in the near future. This role is starting 21st September (this date cannot be changed).
