• Previous experience working as a Machine Operator, Production Operative or similar within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating machinery within a fast-paced production environment.
• Good understanding of health, safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to follow production processes and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed approach to work.
• Comfortable working within a target-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery.
• Set up machinery and production lines according to manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Carry out basic fault-finding and adjustments where required.
• Complete quality checks and production documentation.
• Work to strict health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised production environment.
• Identify and report machinery or production issues to the relevant team.
• Work closely with the production and engineering teams to maximise efficiency.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
