Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a proactive Machine Operator in Oxford to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor automated machinery, set up lines, and ensure production runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining output, reducing downtime and supporting continuous improvement within a modern production environment. This full-time, permanent role offers training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery in a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow production processes and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery.
• Set up machinery and production lines as required.
• Monitor processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Carry out basic fault-finding and adjustments.
• Complete quality checks and production documentation.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Report issues to relevant teams and assist maintenance as needed.
• Meet daily production targets with high quality.
