Machine Operator (Evening Shifts) £23,000 - £26,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Full Training + Company Benefits + Early Finish Friday Leicester

Are you a Machine Operator or similar looking to join a stable and well-established manufacturing company that will invest in your training and skills with constant in-house training?

In this role, you will be part of the production team, working to supply bespoke high-precision seals for the aerospace and defence industries. You will operate hot compression mould machines to create handcrafted bespoke rubber seals, with full training provided. You will receive ongoing in-house training on both existing and new products to ensure the continued supply of high-end precision products.

With nearly 20 years of experience, the company supplies seals for commercial and military applications worldwide and serves markets such as renewable energy and industrial equipment.

The company holds AS9100 accreditation and is committed to delivering reliable, high-performance products with a strong focus on quality and precision.

This role is suitable for a Machine Operator from any background seeking a full-time evening shift in a well-established and growing company at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing.

The Role:

1. Reading instructions and paying attention to detail
2. Operating the hot compression moulding machine and production line
3. Working as part of a production team and reporting to the line manager
4. Receiving full training on hot compression machines

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Friday 11:30 am - 4:00 pm
