Machine Operatives

Our established manufacturing client is looking for a number of temporary machine operators to extend and strengthen their team in Atcham, located in the countryside between Telford and Shrewsbury.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate main manufacturing machines, including press and laser machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and safely.
2. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
3. Complete allocated jobs and produce manufactured items efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:

• Two to three years of machine operation experience.
• Experience with press and laser machines (not essential but preferred).
• Team player with a process-driven approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and act on breakdown problems.
• Reliable and seeking a long-term position.

Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, with early finish.

Salary: £13.10 per hour.
