Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company, in their search for a Production Operative to work in their facility in Oswestry.

Job Role: The Production Operative position will involve working on a flow line producing food products, packing products ready to be distributed, and mixing and weighing raw materials, ensuring efficiency and quality in line with industry standards.

Job Details:

• Pay: £12.23 to £14.33 Depending on shift
• Hours of Work:
  • Mornings: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 (£12.23/hour)
  • Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 (£13.28/hour)
  • Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00 (£14.33/hour)
• Duration: Temp to perm
• Overtime Rules: Overtime paid after 40 hours.
